As a reminder, ALL families participating in our Nutcracker production need to sell 2 Shopping Extravaganza tickets (this does not apply to our younger dancers only doing extra performances).
We have heard back that we will not be able to get any more paper tickets. If you already have your tickets, don’t forget to turn in your payment and ticket stubs by September 14th!
If you do not have tickets, we will need to sell them online. Here are some important steps to ensure you and PYBT get credit for your ticket sales.
- Go to www.shopx2015.eventbrite.com for online ticket sales
- Tickets are $20 + $2.09 processing fee
- Make sure to select Phoenix Youth Ballet for your charity
- Email your confirmation to firstname.lastname@example.org for your family to receive credit
If you are selling tickets to someone else, we suggest having them pay you cash/check and you can buy online for them and give them a printout of the ticket. This way you can be sure all the tickets are getting credit for you. Otherwise you can send them the step-by-step instructions.
